The Majors PTI Certification is a two-step course which provides an in-depth understanding of each of the 16 personality types described by Carl Jung and Isabel Myers. Developed in the 1990s by Mark Majors, the Majors Personality Type Inventory – MajorsPTI™ – (Step I) is a 52-item questionnaire that identifies the personality types and can be completed within 10 minutes. The Majors PT-Elements™ (Step II) is a more in-depth measure which reports on specific areas of development and potential blockages. The Emotional Intelligence Certification is an in-house two-day training course (involving pre- and post-course work), which teaches participants how to administer, score and interpret valid emotional intelligence instruments, the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), and the Emotional Quotient (EQ 360) assessment. Following certification, you will be able to use the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 for coaching, training, team development, recruitment, succession planning and talent management.
